Weekends are for crafting and looking for supplies

I start my Saturdays by reading the paper (yes, I still believe in print) and searching for the best garage and estate sales. Today it was raining like crazy, but I still managed to find a fantastic sale of vintage items tucked into a garage behind an old apartment building. My finds included:
- An old metal frame that I plan to spray-paint orange (50 cents)
- A Captain Kangaroo puzzle that I plan to make a notebook out of (50 cents)
- A Pac-Man game that I'll use for greeting cards ($1)
- A Holga camera for my camera-crazy husband ($5)

The rest of my day was spent working on my etsy projects: Hand towels and aprons, mostly, made from vintage fabric. I turn on dance music and get into the craft zone.
